Terms of service

These Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and Vohxe when you visit vohxe.com or buy from it. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website.

1. Who operates this store

vohxe.com is operated by Vohxe, a sole proprietorship based in Delaware, United States. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Vohxe. Where they say "you", they mean the person visiting the site or placing the order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online store platform and the checkout we use to sell to you.

You can reach a person at support@vohxe.com. Our postal address is at the bottom of this page.

2. Who may buy from us

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the state where you live if that is higher, to place an order.
Our products are sold for your personal, non-commercial use — for yourself or as a gift, not for resale. We may limit quantities, or decline orders, to any person, address or region at our discretion.
You must give us a delivery address in the United States. We do not ship anywhere else, and our checkout accepts United States delivery addresses only.
The details you give us at checkout must be accurate and complete, and the payment method must be one you are authorized to use.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We sell travel bags, duffels, totes, backpacks and travel accessories. We describe each of them as accurately as we can. Even so, screens differ: colors, finishes and scale can look different on your screen from the way they look in person, and a photograph is not a promise of an exact shade.

Descriptions, specifications, ingredients, materials, packaging and accessories can change as our products are improved. If a change is material to what you ordered, we will tell you before we dispatch it.

We try hard to keep the site free of errors, but if a product description, a specification, an availability statement or a price is wrong, we may correct it at any time, including after an order has been placed. Section 5 says what happens then.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown and charged in United States dollars. The checkout shows the total we will charge before you pay, and that total is the amount we charge.

Import duties are included in our prices, and nothing is collected from you on delivery. Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

We run promotions, and we run them often. A sale price, a percentage discount, a bundle price, a free gift, a discount code or a countdown offer are all temporary. They can end, change or be withdrawn at any time, and we do not promise that a promotion you saw will be available again. Where a higher price is shown struck through beside the current price, it is the regular price at which we have offered that product; it is not a manufacturer's recommended price, and it is not a statement about what any other seller charges.

Shipping is free on every order. Nothing is added at checkout for delivery, and there are no handling fees, account fees or membership fees of any kind. We do not sell subscriptions and nothing on this site renews automatically — one order, one charge.

If a price on our site is wrong because of an obvious error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and will tell you promptly; you will be refunded in full.

5. Your order, and our right to refuse it

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive straight after checkout tells you we have received that offer; the contract is formed when we accept it by dispatching your order (or, for a downloadable guide, by sending you the download link).

We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, before dispatch. The reasons this actually happens are:

the item is out of stock;
the price or the description was wrong and the error was obvious;
the payment could not be authorized, or the order was flagged as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized;
the delivery address is outside the United States, is incomplete, or cannot be verified;
the order looks like a purchase for resale;
we are prevented from fulfilling it by something outside our control.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full to the payment method you used. We do not charge you anything for a cancellation we make.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., through Stripe Card Payments in Shopify's checkout. Your full card number is handled by the payment processor and never reaches us. Each provider handles your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy.

By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method, and you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout. If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails after dispatch, we may suspend or cancel any related order.

7. Pre-orders

Some products may be offered for pre-order before they are in stock. If you place a pre-order:

your payment is taken at the time of purchase;
the estimated dispatch date shown is a guide and may change;
if there is a significant delay, we will email you;
you may cancel the pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before it is dispatched, by emailing support@vohxe.com.

8. Shipping, delivery and risk of loss

We ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order. Orders are packed and dispatched by fulfillment partners outside the United States, and are delivered to you by an established carrier and your local postal service.

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, an incorrect address and periods of unusually high demand all move them, and none of them are within our control. A parcel crossing a border can also be held by customs for inspection; that is outside our control too, and it does not change what you pay — see section 4.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order to the address you gave at checkout. Our Refund & Return Policy explains what we do about a parcel that goes missing or arrives damaged.

9. Our 100-day guarantee and returns

Everything we sell comes with our 100-day money-back guarantee: if something you bought from us is not right for you, tell us within 100 days of delivery and we will refund what you paid for it, even if you have used it. You do not need a reason. You pay the postage to send it back. If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we put it right at no cost to you.

These promises are ours and are given in addition to whatever rights you have under the consumer law where you live — section 24 says more about those. How to start a return, what condition an item needs to be in, who pays return postage and how long a refund takes are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Consumer products, not medical ones

What we sell are consumer products, sold for everyday personal use.

They are not medical devices or medicines. We do not claim, and nothing on vohxe.com should be read as claiming, that any product we sell diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents or relieves any disease, injury, condition or symptom. Articles, stories and testimonials on this site are not medical advice, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition or an injury, are recovering from surgery or treatment, or are pregnant, speak to a healthcare professional before relying on any product.

Results differ from person to person, so the experiences described in photographs, reviews, stories and videos on this site are individual experiences rather than a promise of what you will see or feel.

Read and follow the instructions that come with each product, keep products away from children unless they are made for them, and stop using a product and get advice if it does not agree with you.

11. VOHXE+ concierge membership and add-ons

Some of our offers include, or let you add, VOHXE+, our travel concierge: help from our team by email with packing, planning and questions about your trip and your order. VOHXE+ is a support service, not a travel agency: we do not book travel, and we cannot promise any airline, hotel or other third party will accept a request.

Where VOHXE+ is sold as a membership that renews, the price, how often you are charged and how to cancel are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. It renews automatically at that price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date by emailing support@vohxe.com (or, where it is offered, from your customer account); cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. A "Lifetime Access" purchase is a single payment and never renews.

Where we offer an optional order-protection or care add-on in the cart, its price and what it covers are shown before you pay. It is optional, it is never added without your choice, and it does not replace or reduce anything our guarantee or our Refund & Return Policy already gives you.

12. Downloadable guides

Some products are downloadable guides. When you buy one, or receive one free with an order, Shopify emails you a link to download it. The guide is licensed to you for your own personal use: you may read it, keep it and print it for yourself, but you may not share, resell or republish it. Our 100-day guarantee covers a guide you paid for: if it is not for you, tell us and we will refund it — there is nothing to send back.

13. Reviews, testimonials and user content

Reviews and testimonials on this site are individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Where we show a rating, a review count or a customer count, it is the figure we hold at the time the page is published.

Reviews on our product pages are collected and displayed with Judge.me, a review service. If you send us a review, a photograph, a video or a comment, you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to display and reuse it in connection with our products, with your first name or initials, unless you tell us otherwise. Please do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.

14. Our intellectual property

The content on vohxe.com — the text, product photography, video, graphics, layout, product names, brand names and logos — is owned by or licensed to Vohxe and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view the site, and print or save a page for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, frame or reuse any part of it commercially, and you may not use our brand name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or supply you, without our written permission.

15. Acceptable use

When you use this site, please do not:

break any law, or encourage anyone else to;
submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or use a payment method that is not yours;
use automated tools to scrape the site, place orders in bulk, or test payment credentials;
upload or transmit anything malicious, or try to interfere with the site's security or availability;
impersonate us or anyone else, or misrepresent your connection with us;
harass us, or abuse the support inbox.

We may suspend access, refuse orders or take other steps if any of this happens.

16. Links to other sites

We sometimes link to sites we do not run — a payment provider, a review platform, an article. Those links are there for convenience. We do not control what is on those sites, we do not endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for their content, their products or how they handle your information. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave vohxe.com.

17. Disclaimer

The site itself is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be online, that it will be free of errors, or that a defect will be fixed within any particular time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties for the site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

This section is about the website. It does not cut down our 100-day money-back guarantee described in section 9, and it does not affect any right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

18. Limit on what we are liable for

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vohxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, lost data, lost time or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of this site or of any product bought through it.

Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for defective products. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vohxe harmless from any claim, loss, liability or reasonable legal cost that arises from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of someone else's rights. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it in a way that binds you without asking you first. This section does not apply to you as a consumer to the extent the law where you live does not allow it.

20. Things outside our control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay in performing our obligations that is caused by something genuinely outside our control — a natural event, a public-health measure, a strike, a carrier failure, a customs hold, a power or network outage, or the act of a government. If that happens we will tell you and, where we cannot deliver at all, we will refund you.

21. If part of these terms does not hold

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the terms stay in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it on another.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store changes. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top is the date it took effect. A change applies to orders placed after it is published — the terms in force on the day you ordered are the terms that govern that order. Please check this page before you buy.

23. Governing law

These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising out of them, your use of vohxe.com or any product bought through it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of the state in which you reside, and this section applies only to the extent section 24 allows.

Any dispute that we cannot settle between us shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts — again, to the extent the mandatory consumer law where you live permits a choice of forum.

Talk to us first. Almost everything that reaches this section is a delivery problem or a refund question, and one email to support@vohxe.com usually settles it faster than anything else will.

24. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or changes any right you have under the consumer law of the state where you live that cannot be waived by contract, and where these terms and that law differ, that law wins. Our 100-day money-back guarantee sits on top of those rights; it never replaces them.

Section 23 applies to the extent those laws permit. Where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim before your own courts, or under your own law, that right stands.

25. How these documents fit together

These terms should be read together with our Refund & Return Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy, all of which form part of them. Where a specific policy says something more detailed than these terms do, the specific policy applies.
