PRIVACY STATEMENT
This is the privacy statement for Vohxe, the online store at vohxe.com. It explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who else gets it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This Statement was amended as of October 23, 2026 and is effective as of that date. Last updated: October 23, 2026. It replaces every earlier version of our privacy statement.
We have written it to describe what this website and our systems actually do — not what a template says a store like ours might do. Where a choice we offer only works in part, we say so. We would rather be accurate than reassuring.
Your use of vohxe.com is also governed by our Terms of Service.

THE SHORT VERSION
If you read nothing else, read this. Every point is expanded further down.
- We sell travel bags, duffels, totes, backpacks and travel accessories, and we ship only within the United States. Prices are in United States dollars.
- Our store and checkout run on Shopify. To take an order we need your name, email address and shipping address. Your card number is entered in Shopify's checkout and processed by Stripe — we never see it or store it.
- Our products are shipped by fulfillment partners outside the United States. To get your parcel to you we send them your name, email address, shipping address and what you ordered. This is an international transfer of your personal information and we want you to know about it before you buy.
- If you give us your email address through our sign-up pop-up, or sign up on our "Opening soon" page while the store is not yet open, we use it to send you marketing email. You can stop the email at any time.
- No advertising pixel or advertising tag runs on our store. We do not send what you do here to Meta, Google or any other advertising company, and we do not sell or share your personal information. Our Your Privacy Choices page is there all the same.
- We run our own analytics, and it records your IP address. We do not use Google Analytics.
- We do not sell your information to data brokers or list brokers, and we do not hand it to other companies for their own marketing.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@vohxe.com. We answer these requests as a matter of policy, whether or not a law requires it of a store our size.
- There is no cookie banner on this site, and we explain honestly below what runs without one.
WHO WE ARE, AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
Vohxe is a one-person business — a sole proprietorship based in Delaware, United States. When we say "we", "us" and "our" we mean that business, the operator of the online store at vohxe.com. When we say "you" and "your" we mean you, the person reading this, visiting our site or buying from us.
The owner of that business is the controller of the personal data collected through vohxe.com — the person who decides what is collected and why, and the person answerable for it. Rhode Island's Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act requires a commercial website with customers in Rhode Island to designate a controller and to publish a working way to reach them. Ours is:
- Email: support@vohxe.com — this is the address to use for anything in this Statement, and it is read by a person.
- Postal mail: Vohxe, 2093 Philadelphia Pike #2836, Claymont, DE 19703, United States.
By "personal information" we mean information that identifies you, or that can reasonably be linked to you — your name, email address, shipping address, IP address, the identifiers stored in your browser, and records of what you looked at and bought. Some privacy laws call this "personal data"; we use the two terms to mean the same thing here.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
These are the categories of personal information we collect through vohxe.com.
Information You Give Us
- Your email address — when you enter it in our email sign-up pop-up or in our contact form; in the newsletter sign-up box on our "Opening soon" page, which visitors see until the store opens and which adds you to our mailing list; or at checkout, where we use it only for your order and its updates. The contact form also asks for your name and, optionally, a phone number, and whatever else you choose to tell us there.
- Your name, email address, shipping address and billing address — when you place an order. You type them into our checkout, which is run by Shopify.
- Your phone number — only if you choose to give one: at checkout, where it is used for your delivery, or in our contact form, where it is used only to answer you. We do not use it for marketing.
- Whatever you write to us — the message in our contact form, or anything you put in an email to us.
- A product review — if you choose to write one: your name, email address, rating, review text and any photos or videos you add. See Product Reviews below.
- What you ordered — the products, quantities, prices, any discount code applied and the order total.
Information Collected Automatically When You Visit
- Your IP address. Every website receives this; it is how the page reaches your device. Shopify receives it on every page. Judge.me receives it through its app pixel (see Who We Share Personal Information With below). Our own analytics stores it — see Our own first-party analytics below. Google receives it when your browser downloads the fonts and icons our pages use.
- Your browser and device information — the user-agent string your browser sends, your screen size, language and time zone, and whether you are on a phone or a computer.
- What you do on the site — the pages you view, how long you stay on them, and store actions such as viewing a product, adding to cart, starting checkout and completing a purchase.
- How you arrived — the page you landed on, the website that referred you, and any advertising click identifiers and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example fbclid, gclid and utm_ parameters).
- Identifiers stored in your browser — the cookies Shopify uses to run the store, the small items our own code keeps in your browser and random visitor and session identifiers for our own analytics. See Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies below.
Information We Receive From Our Payment Providers
After you pay, Shopify and Stripe show us whether the payment succeeded and give us the card brand, the last four digits and expiry date, the card's issuing country and the result of Stripe's fraud checks; the name, email address and addresses on the order are the ones you typed at checkout. We never receive your full card number or your bank details.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
Cloned privacy policies routinely describe collection that never happens. To be clear about ours:
- You never need an account to buy from us, and if you choose to have one there is no password for us to hold.
- We never receive your card number. Payment credentials go through Shopify's checkout to Stripe, our payment processor, not to us.
- We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not use a phone number for marketing.
- We do not buy personal information from data vendors, list brokers, enrichment services or advertising co-operatives, and we do not receive customer lists from anyone.
- We do not collect sensitive information — no government identifiers, no financial account numbers, no health, biometric, genetic, precise-location, racial, religious, political or sexual-orientation data.
- We do not record calls, use a camera or microphone, run session replay, or use a chat widget.
- There are no public community features — no profiles, no comment threads and no public posting. The one thing you can publish on our site is a product review, and only if you choose to write one.
- We do not knowingly collect anything from children under 13. See Children's Privacy below.
HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
- To take and fulfill your order — process payment, send it to our fulfillment partners, and get it shipped to you.
- To email you about your order — confirmations, receipts, shipping updates and the download link for a downloadable guide. These are not marketing and you cannot unsubscribe from them while an order is open.
- To answer you — customer service, returns, guarantee claims and replies to anything you send us.
- To send you marketing email, if you signed up. See Marketing Email below.
- To ask for and show reviews — see Product Reviews below.
- To advertise — to measure, in our own analytics, which of our advertisements led to a visit or a purchase, from the campaign tags in the link you clicked. No advertising company receives information about your visit from us.
- To understand how the store is used — which pages work, where people leave, which products get looked at, so we can fix and improve the site.
- To protect the store — detecting fraudulent orders, abuse and technical attacks, and to recognize and exclude our own visits from our statistics.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations — keeping records of sales, tax and refunds, and responding to lawful requests.
WHO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH
Below is every company that receives personal information from us, named. This list is meant to be complete; if you find something running on our site that is not on it, tell us at support@vohxe.com and we will correct this Statement.
- Shopify Inc. — the platform our store runs on. Shopify hosts the store, runs the checkout, sends our order and shipping emails and our marketing email (Shopify Messaging), keeps our customer list (where our sign-up forms send your email address), and runs our sign-up pop-up, our contact form and the delivery of downloadable guides. It receives everything you give us at checkout and in our forms, and information about your visits. Shopify also uses some of this information for its own purposes — for example, to prevent fraud — under its own Consumer Privacy Policy. Shopify's spam protection on our contact form uses hCaptcha, a service of Intuition Machines, Inc., which receives your IP address and browser information when you use the form.
- Stripe, Inc. — our payment processor. Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay in Shopify's checkout are processed by Stripe, through Stripe Card Payments. It receives your card details (or, for Apple Pay and Google Pay, the payment token your wallet creates), the amount of your order, and the details Shopify passes with the payment, which can include your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, and your IP address and browser information, so it can authorize and settle the payment, refund it, and screen it for fraud. Stripe also uses some of this information for its own purposes, such as fraud prevention, under its own Privacy Policy.
- Our fulfillment partners — fulfillment partners outside the United States — receive your name, email address, full shipping address and the items you ordered, so your parcel can be packed and shipped. See the section on them below.
- Judge.me — our product reviews service. Receives your name, email address and what you ordered so it can email you a request for a review after your order, and whatever you submit in a review. When its review widgets appear on our pages, they load from its own servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Judge.me also runs an app pixel on our store, through Shopify's customer events, which receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view, with your IP address, your browser information and the identifier Shopify gives your browser, and, when you check out, the name, email address and phone number on your order. Judge.me Ltd handles this information under its own Privacy Policy. See Product Reviews below.
- Google LLC — our email inbox (Gmail). It receives anything you email us and the messages you send through our contact form. Our pages also load fonts and icons from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. We do not use Google Analytics, and no Google advertising tag runs on our store.
- Vercel Inc. and Neon, Inc. — hosting and the managed database, in the United States, for our own analytics.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — our domain's DNS, and the email routing that delivers mail sent to support@vohxe.com to the inbox we actually read. Anything you email us at our vohxe.com addresses passes through Cloudflare and then through Google's Gmail service.
- Anthropic, PBC — the AI service that writes the plain-English summary in our analytics dashboard. It receives only aggregated statistics — page counts, funnel totals, device splits. No names, no email addresses, no IP addresses, no visitor or session identifiers are sent to it.
- Law enforcement, regulators and courts — where we are legally required to disclose information, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, harm or an illegal act.
- A buyer of the business — if this business were ever sold or transferred, customer records would be part of what transfers. We would say so here first.
We do not sell or rent your information to data brokers, list brokers, marketing co-operatives or any other company for that company's own marketing, and we do not pass it to advertising companies either — see Selling and Sharing Your Personal Information below.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments made through our online store are processed through Shopify's checkout. Card payments — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB — and the wallets Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Stripe, Inc., through Stripe Card Payments in Shopify's checkout. When you make a purchase, your card number and other payment credentials are entered into Shopify's secure checkout and processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full payment card number. Shopify's collection and use of your personal information is governed by its own privacy policy, available at shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users, and Stripe's by its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We receive only the limited transaction information needed to fulfill your order and provide customer service: the payment status, the card brand, last four digits, expiry date and issuing country, and Stripe's fraud-check result, alongside the name, email address and addresses you gave at checkout.
If you choose a wallet — Apple Pay or Google Pay — your use of that method is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
SENDING YOUR ORDER TO OUR FULFILLMENT PARTNERS
We do not hold stock ourselves. Our products are packed and shipped by fulfillment partners outside the United States, and this is how your order reaches you.
What we send them. When your payment succeeds, your order is recorded in Shopify and we pass it to our fulfillment partners. What they receive is: your order number, your name, your email address, your full shipping address, and the items and quantities you bought. They do not receive your payment details.
Where it goes. Your order details go to a country outside the United States. This is an international transfer of your personal information to a country whose privacy laws are different from those in the United States, and outside the reach of United States regulators. There is no practical way for us to ship a physical product to you without it. We are telling you plainly because you deserve to know before you buy, and because a privacy statement that hid this would be worthless.
COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
There is no cookie banner on vohxe.com. The technologies below run when the site loads, and we are not going to pretend you were asked. None of them is an advertising technology. What you can do about them is in How to Opt Out of Advertising and Analytics below, and you can block or clear all of them in your browser at any time.
- Shopify's cookies. Shopify sets the cookies and browser storage the store needs to work — your cart, your checkout, your session, security, a discount code you applied, a record of the privacy choices you make — and cookies that Shopify uses to measure how the store is used. Shopify lists them in its cookie policy.
- Our own storage. Our store keeps a few small items in your browser's local storage: viewedProducts, the list of products you looked at recently, which the theme shows you again (Horizon theme); sb-scratch-closed, the time you closed our sign-up pop-up, so that it stays closed for 30 days; sb-scratch-claimed, a note that you already claimed the pop-up's discount, so that the pop-up does not come back; sb-gp-deal-codes, the bundle-deal codes your cart used and what each one needs, so that a deal's discount comes off when the cart no longer qualifies and goes back on when it does; sbgp-cd-, followed by a timer's number: the time a sale countdown on a page started for you, so that it keeps counting down instead of restarting on every visit; and sb_geo, which remembers that we already sent you to your country's version of the store (with its own currency and prices), so that we do not do it again. None of them contains a name or an email address, and none of them is sent to us or to anyone else. The theme also keeps a few session-only items that remember the state of the page you are on — an open menu, the product-grid layout you picked — and that disappear when you close the tab.
- Our own analytics. A random visitor identifier (_pl_vid) and a session identifier (_pl_sess), and a note of how you arrived (_pl_attr: landing page, referring site, advertising click identifiers and campaign tags), kept in your browser's local storage. They contain no name or email address.
- Judge.me's app pixel. A small script that Shopify runs on our pages for this app, through its customer events, and that sends it information about your visit. What it receives is set out under Who We Share Personal Information With above.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load their fonts and icons from Google's servers. This sets no cookie, but your browser sends Google your IP address and browser information each time it downloads them.
- hCaptcha's security cookie. When you use our contact form, Shopify's spam check loads hCaptcha, which can set a short-lived security cookie on its own domain (it lasts about 30 minutes) to tell people from automated bots. It is not used for advertising.
Some local storage items are not cookies, and clearing your cookies will not remove them. You can clear them through your browser's "site data" or "storage" controls.
Our pages, images and scripts are delivered through Shopify's content delivery network, which receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. Where Judge.me's review widgets and star ratings appear, they are loaded from Judge.me's own servers, which receive the same. When you use our contact form, Shopify's spam check loads hCaptcha, which receives the same.
ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS PARTNERS
This section names what measures how our store is used, and explains what each of them receives. Today that is analytics only; there is no advertising partner on our store.
What is running today. As of the amendment date at the top of this Statement, the analytics technologies active on vohxe.com are our own first-party site analytics and Shopify's own store analytics, both described below. One of our apps, Judge.me (reviews), also runs an app pixel of its own; it is described under Who We Share Personal Information With. No advertising pixel or advertising tag runs on our store — no Meta pixel and no Google advertising tag — and we do not use Google Analytics. We will update the amendment date at the top of this Statement when any of this changes.
Our own first-party analytics. We measure how vohxe.com is used with our own analytics tool, which we built and which sends its data to our own database rather than to an analytics company. It runs on our store through Shopify's customer events, and Shopify runs it only when its privacy settings allow analytics for your visit. It records the pages you view, how long you stay, store actions such as adding to cart, starting checkout and completing a purchase, your browser and device type, how you arrived at the site, and your IP address.
Being straight about the IP address, because it is the most sensitive thing in that list: we store it, we can see it in our dashboard, and our dashboard can show us the whole history of visits from one IP address — the pages, the sessions, and any purchases. We use this to recognize and exclude our own visits from the statistics, to spot fraud and abusive traffic, and to understand how visits turn into orders. This information is not published, not sold, and not sent to any advertising company. It is held in our database with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon), who are named above. The IP address in our raw visit records is erased after 90 days by a job that runs every day. The rest of those records — which carry no name, no email address and, after that, no IP address — and the daily totals we derive are kept for longer, as described under How Long We Keep Information.
Shopify's store analytics. Shopify records visits, sessions and store actions on our store so that it can show us reports, under its own privacy policy.
Google Fonts. The typefaces and icons on our pages are served by Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address and browser information when your browser downloads them, and says it uses that only to deliver the fonts and to keep the service running.
Customer lists and audience matching. Advertising platforms let a business upload a list of customer email addresses so it can advertise to those customers, exclude them from advertising, or reach people with similar interests. We do not do this today. If we start, we will upload only a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of your email address and never the address itself, and under the terms we accept with each platform the list may be used only to perform that service for us. You can ask to be left off these lists at any time by emailing support@vohxe.com.
These companies use what they receive for their own purposes too. Once any of the companies below receives information from us, it also handles that information under its own privacy policy and for its own purposes, which we do not control:
- Shopify – Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy
- Stripe – Stripe Privacy Policy
- Google – Google Privacy Policy
SELLING AND SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
This is the question we get asked most, so here is a direct answer.
What actually happens. As of the amendment date at the top of this Statement, no advertising pixel or advertising tag runs on vohxe.com. Nothing about your visit is sent to Meta, Google or any other advertising company, and we do not upload customer lists to advertising platforms. The analytics we run is our own, and what it records goes to no advertiser. That is all there is to it. Nothing is hidden behind it.
Is anything a "sale"? California law defines selling as making a consumer's personal information available to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and defines sharing as making it available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money changes hands. We do neither. The companies named under Who We Share Personal Information With receive your information to run the store, take your payment, ship your order, deliver our email and collect reviews — not to advertise to you. So our answer is: we do not sell or share your personal information, as those words are defined in California. If that ever changes, we will amend this Statement before it starts.
What we do not do. We do not sell or rent your name, email address or postal address to data brokers, list brokers, marketing co-operatives, or any other company that would market to you on its own behalf. We have never done that and we have no plans to.
Your Privacy Choices. Our store has a Your Privacy Choices page, provided by Shopify and linked in our footer. Use it to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. Depending on where you live, the choice applies to the browser and device you use; if we can link that browser to your customer record, Shopify applies it to that record as well. No advertising tag runs on our store today; Shopify keeps your choice for that browser, so it is already in place if that ever changes.
Other ways to opt out.
- Email support@vohxe.com with the subject "Opt out of ad tracking". A person reads it. We will keep your email address off any customer list we upload to an advertising platform, and if we ever upload such a list we will put a one-way encrypted (hashed) copy of your address on that platform's exclusion list so you are filtered out of it. We will also take you off our mailing list. And if you give us something to find them by, we will delete your records from our own analytics — see Your Choices, and How to Use Them.
- Use the per-platform and industry opt-out tools listed in the next section, which stop the advertising being tailored to you.
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser — see the next-but-one section for exactly how far it reaches on this site.
HOW TO OPT OUT OF ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS
No advertising technology runs on our store today, so there is nothing of ours to switch off for advertising. You can still limit or switch off interest-based advertising elsewhere in several ways. These controls are saved per browser and per device, so you may need to repeat them on each browser and device you use.
- Our Your Privacy Choices page. Opt out here; Shopify records your choice for that browser.
- Email us. Write to support@vohxe.com and we will keep your email address off any customer list we upload to an advertising platform, and put a hashed copy of it on that platform's exclusion list if we ever upload one.
- Google. Manage the advertisements Google shows you in Google's My Ad Center.
- Industry-wide tools. The Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org let you opt out of many participating advertising companies at once.
- Your browser and your device. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data in their settings — that is also how you clear local storage. On a phone or tablet you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in the operating system's privacy settings. Blocking third-party scripts stops advertising tags at the source.
- Our own analytics. It has no advertising cookie to switch off, and it does not follow you to other websites. If you want your records removed from it, email support@vohxe.com — see Your Choices, and How to Use Them for what we need from you to find them.
Opting out stops advertising from being tailored to you. It does not stop you from seeing advertisements, and it never affects your ability to shop with us or the price you pay.
DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
Do Not Track. Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. We do not respond to DNT signals, because there is no agreed standard for what responding would mean. We are required to tell you what we do, and that is what we do.
Global Privacy Control. Some browsers and extensions send a "Global Privacy Control" ("GPC") signal, which is a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Depending on where you are, our store automatically treats it as that request for the browser and device that sends it, exactly as if you had used our Your Privacy Choices page. When it does:
- It is recorded as your opt-out of any sale or sharing for that browser. No advertising tag runs on our store today.
- It does not stop our own analytics or Shopify's store analytics from recording your visit, and our own analytics still records your IP address. That data goes to no advertiser, but we would rather write it down than let you believe a signal is doing more than it is.
If you want to go further, email support@vohxe.com — the section above sets out exactly what we do in response — and use the browser and platform controls listed there, which are the ones that reach the advertising platforms directly.
Other parties collecting information across sites. We are required to tell you whether third parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. Some may. No advertising company does so through our store: no advertising pixel or tag runs on it. But Shopify, which hosts many stores besides ours, Judge.me, whose review widgets appear on many stores, Stripe, which processes payments for many businesses, and hCaptcha, which protects forms on many websites, receive information when you use our site, as they do on the other sites they serve. Shopify and Stripe use some of it for their own purposes, such as preventing fraud. Each handles what it receives under its own privacy policy, and we do not use any of them to advertise to you.
MARKETING EMAIL
Our mailing list is built only from email addresses submitted through the email sign-up form on our site — our sign-up pop-up, which adds your address to our customer list in Shopify — and until the store opens, from the newsletter sign-up box on our "Opening soon" page. Placing an order or signing in never adds you to it.
The consent we rely on. Our sign-up pop-up states, right under the button you press, that by providing your email and clicking the button you agree to receive promotional emails from Vohxe, and that you can unsubscribe at any time; submitting it is how you give that consent. On the "Opening soon" page, entering your email address and pressing Sign up is how you give it. If you gave us your address and did not mean to join the list, tell us at support@vohxe.com and we will take you off it — no questions.
What you get. New products, sales and offers, usually a few times a month. Our pop-up may also give you a discount code when you sign up. That is all we use the list for.
Buying something does not sign you up, and unsubscribing does not stop your order emails.
Writing to us does not sign you up either. Email addresses from our contact form are used to answer you. They are not added to the mailing list.
How to stop. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click is enough — no login, no form, no reason required. Clicking it takes effect immediately, because our email provider records it without us being involved. You can also email support@vohxe.com at any time and we will remove you; that route depends on a person reading the inbox, so we will do it within the ten business days the law allows, and in practice usually the same day. Unsubscribing stops marketing email only; you will still receive confirmations and shipping notices for anything you buy, because those are not marketing.
Our postal address. Federal law requires a valid physical postal address in every commercial email, and each of ours carries one at the bottom. For written privacy requests, use this address:
Vohxe
2093 Philadelphia Pike #2836
Claymont, DE 19703
United States
No text messages. We do not run an SMS marketing program, and we do not use automatic dialers. If that ever changes we will ask for your consent separately and amend this Statement first.
Who delivers our email. Shopify sends it, through Shopify Messaging. Shopify receives your email address, your name where we have it, the contents of the message, and your subscription status. Shopify also records whether each marketing email is opened and which of its links are clicked, through a small image and tracked links in the email, and shows us those results.
PRODUCT REVIEWS
We collect and show product reviews with Judge.me. After you order, Judge.me may email you to ask how you got on; to do that it receives your name, email address and the products you ordered. If you write a review, Judge.me receives your name, email address, rating, review text and any photos or videos you add, and your review may be published on our pages under the name you give, which may be shortened to your first name and last initial. Your email address is never published. You can ask us to remove a review you wrote at any time by emailing support@vohxe.com.
DOWNLOADABLE GUIDES
Some of what we sell, or give away with an order, is a downloadable guide. Shopify delivers it: after your order, it emails a download link to the address you gave at checkout and records that the link was used. Nothing else is collected for it.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
- Order records — name, email address, addresses and what you bought — are kept in Shopify for as long as we are in business. We need them for accounting and tax, for guarantee and return claims, and to defend against payment disputes.
- Customer records — kept in Shopify until you ask us to delete them, subject to the order records above.
- Mailing list — until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe we keep a record that you did, so that we do not email you again by accident.
- The IP address in our own analytics' raw visit records — 90 days, then erased. A job runs daily to do it, so it is not something we have to remember; if that job ever stops we will fix it, and until it is fixed the addresses stay longer than 90 days. We are saying that rather than describing the schedule as something that cannot fail.
- The rest of our own analytics' records — the random visitor identifier, how you arrived, and the pages and actions of each visit, with no name or email address — are kept until we delete them. We do not currently delete them on a schedule, and we are telling you that rather than publishing a limit we do not enforce.
- Daily totals and statistics derived from the above are kept indefinitely. They describe traffic, not people.
- What comes in through our forms — mailing-list sign-ups from our pop-up and our "Opening soon" page are held in Shopify as part of our customer records; contact-form messages arrive in our email inbox alongside the rest of our customer correspondence.
- Reviews — kept by Judge.me and shown on our pages until you or we remove them.
- Correspondence — anything you email us, and our replies, stays in our inbox alongside the rest of our customer correspondence until you ask us to delete it.
- Cookies and browser storage — expire on the schedules set by Shopify and by the providers that set them, or stay until you clear your site data.
YOUR CHOICES, AND HOW TO USE THEM
Comprehensive state privacy laws mostly apply to companies far larger than us, and we are not going to quote you rights under statutes that do not cover this business. Instead, here is what we will actually do for anyone who asks, wherever you live. Email support@vohxe.com.
- See what we hold about you. Tell us the email address you used with us and we will send you the personal information we hold under it: your order history, your mailing-list status, what came in through our forms and our correspondence with you.
- Correct it. If your name, email address or shipping address is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. This is also the route to use if an order is in flight and the address needs changing — the sooner the better.
- Delete it. We will delete the correspondence and form submissions we hold, remove you from the mailing list, and ask Shopify to erase your customer record. What we cannot delete: records of completed orders, which we keep for the accounting, tax and dispute reasons above, and anything a payment provider holds independently as its own record of a transaction. We will tell you exactly what we kept and why.
- Delete your analytics records. These are not filed under your name, so we need something to find them by — the IP address you browsed from, or the visitor identifier your browser stored. If you send us either, we will delete the matching rows. Otherwise the IP addresses in those records are erased on their own within 90 days.
- Opt out of any sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Use our Your Privacy Choices page. No advertising tag runs on our store today; Shopify keeps your choice for that browser. See Selling and Sharing Your Personal Information and How to Opt Out of Advertising and Analytics above.
- Get a copy you can take elsewhere. Ask, and we will send what we hold in a readable file.
We will not charge you for any of this, and we will never treat you differently — different prices, different service, a worse offer — because you asked. We aim to respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm you control the email address in question, because handing someone else's order history to the wrong person would be the worse mistake. If you are unhappy with our answer, reply and say so; a person reads it.
Shopify also processes some information for its own purposes, as described above. To learn how Shopify uses your personal information and the rights you may have over it, visit the Shopify Privacy Portal.
HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
Our store runs on Shopify and is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the store is encrypted. Payment credentials never touch our systems. Access to our Shopify admin, our Stripe account and our analytics is limited to the owner of the business.
We are a small business, not a bank, and we are not going to claim our security is perfect — no honest website can. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. What we can tell you is that we deliberately hold as little as possible: no passwords and no card numbers.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
vohxe.com is a general-audience store meant for adults, and it is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not ask anyone's age or date of birth anywhere on the site. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, email support@vohxe.com or write to the postal address above and we will remove it.
WHERE WE SELL, AND WHERE YOUR INFORMATION GOES
We operate this store from the United States and we sell and ship only within the United States. Our checkout accepts United States delivery addresses only, our prices are in United States dollars, and our advertising is aimed at the United States. This site is not directed to people outside the United States.
Shopify, a company headquartered in Canada, runs our store and may store and process your information in Canada, the United States and other countries where it and its service providers operate. Judge.me Ltd, the UK company that runs our reviews, may store it on servers in the United States. Our own analytics are hosted in the United States. As described above, order details are also sent to fulfillment partners outside the United States.
STATE PRIVACY DISCLOSURES
California. This Statement is our notice under the California Online Privacy Protection Act. It identifies the categories of personally identifiable information we collect and the categories of third parties we may share it with (What Personal Information We Collect and Who We Share Personal Information With); it describes the process for reviewing and requesting changes to your information (Your Choices, and How to Use Them — email support@vohxe.com); it describes how we notify you of material changes (Changes to This Privacy Statement); it carries an effective date at the top; it discloses how we respond to Do Not Track signals and to Global Privacy Control; and it discloses whether other parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site (Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control). We are not a "business" under the California Consumer Privacy Act — a company qualifies if it has annual revenue above roughly $26.6 million, or buys, sells or shares the personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers or households in a year, or makes half its revenue from selling personal information, and we meet none of those tests — and we do not claim to be. We offer the opt-out on our Your Privacy Choices page anyway. California's "Shine the Light" law does not apply to a business with fewer than 20 employees.
Delaware. This Statement is our privacy policy under Delaware's Online Privacy and Protection Act (DOPPA). The categories of personal data we collect through this website are identifiers (name, email address, postal address, phone number if you give one, IP address, and browser identifiers), commercial information (orders and products viewed), limited payment information (card brand, last four digits, expiry date, issuing country and fraud-check result — never the full card number), the content of what you send us (contact-form messages, emails, and reviews with any photos or videos you add), and internet activity (pages visited, referral source, device and browser information). We do not process personal data for targeted advertising, and there is no third party to whom we have transferred personally identifiable information in a way that may be treated as a sale (see Selling and Sharing Your Personal Information). If that changes, we will name them here before it starts. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page, and you may contact us about any of this at support@vohxe.com.
Rhode Island. Rhode Island's Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act requires a commercial website with customers in Rhode Island to designate a controller and to publish a way to reach them; ours is named under Who We Are, and Who Is Responsible. The categories of personal data we collect are listed under Delaware above. We do not sell personal data and do not process it for targeted advertising, so there is no third party to name. Contact: support@vohxe.com.
Connecticut. Connecticut amended its Data Privacy Act with effect from 1 July 2026 so that a business which offers consumers' personal data for sale in trade or commerce is covered no matter how small it is. We do not offer personal data for sale — no advertising tag runs on our store — so we do not believe that change reaches us. If you are in Connecticut, we will still honor requests to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of what we hold, and requests to opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale, on the terms set out in Your Choices, and How to Use Them. Use our Your Privacy Choices page or email support@vohxe.com.
Nevada. Nevada requires the operator of a commercial website to publish notice of the information it collects and an address for requesting an opt-out of the sale of covered information. There is no size threshold that lets us out of it: the exemption for small operators is only available to businesses located in Nevada, and we are not. This Statement is that notice, and support@vohxe.com is that address; we respond within 60 days and usually far sooner. Nevada defines a sale narrowly, as an exchange for money. We do not exchange your information for money, so there is no Nevada sale to opt out of — but if you ask, we will still do everything listed under Your Choices, and How to Use Them.
Texas. Texas prohibits even a small business from selling sensitive personal data without consent. We do not collect sensitive personal data at all — see What We Do Not Collect — so there is nothing of that kind for us to transfer to anyone.
Everywhere else. Most other state privacy laws apply only above customer or revenue thresholds this store does not reach. Rather than track each one, we extend the choices in Your Choices, and How to Use Them to everyone who asks, regardless of where they live.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
We may change this Statement. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the amendment and effective date at the top. That date is how you can tell whether anything has changed since you last read it.
If we make a material change — one that meaningfully affects what we collect, who we share it with, or what we do with it — we will say so at the top of this page for at least 30 days, and, where the change affects information we already hold about you and we have your email address, we will email you about it. Information we have already collected stays governed by the version of this Statement that was in place when we collected it, unless you agree otherwise.
